This is an exciting time for our Party. With Labour, Britain has got better. NHS waiting lists are at their lowest ever; school results are better than ever; Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit has increased; and there are now free prescriptions and free eye test for pensioners. We have been tested by the international finance crisis. Our response has been about putting people first, rather than sticking to an outdated Thatherite ideology. 

Our goals are an end to poverty; strong public services; to continue tackling crime and anti-social behaviour and to forge a new and sustainable economy. Join us and be part of our journey.
